Ingredients:
Boiled rice-1cup,toor dhal-1/2 cup,coconut-1/2cup,salt -to taste,murunga keerai-3 cup,mor millagai-5,urad dal-1tsp,ghee-2tsp,hing-to taste
Procedure:
Soak rice,toor dhal for 3hrs then grind corsely with little bit water not waterly add coconut nd salt take a batter out then add murungai keerai (cut into small pieces)mix it.
To temper:
In a pan add ghee,moor milagai ,urad dal nd hing .take tis mixture nd pour to the batter mix it well... Take idli cooker grease it .. Make balls small balls of the batter keep it in idli cooker .. Cook it for 15 mins .. Serve hot with raw mango chutney .. "BEST IMMUNITY POWER DISH"
