Ingredients:
Idli rice,raw rice,toor dhal, gratedcoconut,chopped green chillies,turmeric,salt
Procedure:
Soak both d rice's in 3::1 ratio for 4 hours and blend it to smooth batter...
Take some batter and make ganji and add in the batter ..this is to ensure for softness...
Pour thin dosas of all d batter..
Cut into pieces...
Pressure cook toor dal and mash it well...
In a kadai, add seasonings and then d dosa piece...
Add grated coconut, chopped green chillies,mashed toor dal,turmeric,salt and mix it well...
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves....
And yummy Pappu Rotta ready
